Our CEO, Barbara, discovered her passion for animals over the years and became a groomer with the intention of giving more love to pets and providing the best possible care.

Most pets benefit from grooming every 4-8 weeks, depending on breed and coat type. We can recommend a schedule during your first visit.
Yes! We specialize in gentle handling and have experience with anxious and senior pets. We take time to make each pet comfortable.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.
We highly recommend scheduling an appointment to guarantee your pet's spot. However, we also welcome walk-ins based on availability.
The length of your pet’s appointment depends on their breed, size, coat condition, and temperament. In general, a full grooming appointment takes about 3 hours, while a bath service typically takes 1 to 1.5 hours. We’ll always do our best to have your pet ready as quickly as possible while ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.
